Hi, I am putting this restaurant for sale because I am moving abroad. There is nothing wrong with it. We are in profit. Our monthly sales can be verified. Per day sale on average is 55000/- . The rent is 300,000/- Staff salaries are approx 375,000/- . Lesco and Gas bills vary.
Plus a point of our location is that it is a corner and visibility is good. Plus we already good reputation in the market. We have gas connection, which is a big plus these days.
We are also doing caterings and have permanent lunch supply orders from good offices in Gulberg areas which add to our sales. This is verifiable and references can be provided.
We are listed on foodpanda and our sale from that app is rising every month.
We also have a good social network. Our followers on face book and insta exceed 15000.
We are hoping to increase our sales for February to 60,000/- per day. This is achievable. We are already in talks with another big order for lunch supplies in a reputable company.
My reason to sell this is pretty simple. Unfortunately I can’t leave unless I sell this. And I don’t want to close it and rubbish all the hard work my employees have put in.
